Color your brows and blend color in with this double-ended Brow Pencil and brush combo. The texture is not too soft and not too hard so you can fill in brows naturally and create ‘fake’ brow hairs in sparse areas. • Brush your brows up and to the side to groom them. Then take the pencil and using short strokes, fill in the brow shape. Blend color into brows with your blender brush. Add more color as needed, but never make brows opaque as that will look unnatural.
