• How often should anyone use Curl.life? If your curl is: Fine and loose: shampoo and condition every day, but take a day off once in a while. Thick and tight: shampoo and condition every second or third day. Rinse in-between days. Fine or thick and kinky: shampoo and condition once or twice a week.
